Event Details

In an advanced technological world of modern companies and organizations, remote leadership, hybrid cooperation models and mobile work becomes an important tool for employee motivation, recruitment, and retention. At the same time, the increased use of new technologies places new demands on management and leadership: securing presence times, organizing the internal exchange of information, fulfilling corporate goals, supporting team cohesion, effective evaluation of work results, etc.

Despite the flexibility associated with the new work realities, operational processes must be guaranteed, and performance expectations must be fulfilled. In some cases, corporate and personal needs can come into conflict with one another.

The aim of the executive seminar is to reflect on the new specific organizational and management requirements in the context of hybrid work and remote leadership and to develop practical and exemplary solutions for this.

  • New challenges for management and leadership
  • Organizational and personal requirements for the introduction of mobile work
  • Formulating goals and tasks for teleworkers
  • Control of task completion during teleworking hours
  • Availability of remote employees and teams
  • Information exchange – organizing service and staff meetings
  • Protection of employees from excessive demands on themselves
  • Conflict resolution – if new work and teleworking do not work
