Atty. Anne Margaret E. Momongan is a Senior Director in SGV & Company. Throughout her nine years of service, she has aided multinational clients with tax audits, corporate restructuring, and corporate registration with government agencies in the Philippines. Her areas of expertise range from advisories for families and small business owners to tax controversy litigation to tax treaty availment.
In the 2016 Philippine Bar Examinations, Atty. Anne ranked 7th place out of more than 6,000 examinees. She earned her law degree from the University of San Carlos, where she was in the top 10 of her graduating class. She completed her undergraduate studies in the same university, graduating cum laude with a degree in Accountancy.
Atty. Anne is a professor in the University of the Visayas, teaching classes in taxation and corporate law, and a reviewer of Commercial Law in Villasis Law Center. A member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, she has been a frequent keynote speaker and moderator in webinars including in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry and various business chambers.

Atty. Virnee Joy T. Agot-Ting is a Director in SGV & Company. Her expertise in Business Tax Services has helped clients set up businesses in the Philippines, represent themselves before different government agencies, and handle Bureau of Internal Revenue audits.
A CPA-lawyer, Atty. Virnee graduated cum laude from the University of San Carlos, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. She completed her Bachelor of Laws from the same university. She is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
Five years of experience with the firm have honed Atty. Virnee’s ability to render opinions on corporate restructuring, and to file for tax reliefs. She has provided tax advisory services to clients from numerous industries such as manufacturing, retail, real estate, BPO, financial services, hospitality, and logistics.

Atty. Marla Arielle B. So is a Senior Associate in SGV & Company. She has assisted with various Business Tax Services such as revalidating tax exemption rulings, liaising with government agencies, and circulating legal developments to retainer clients.
Atty. Marla is a Juris Doctor graduate from the University of San Carlos. From the same university, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a major in International Relations and Foreign Service, and a minor in Economics. She was a scholar of the Young Minds Academy, a youth leadership and citizenship development program of the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc.
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, she passed the 2020-21 Philippine Bar exams, becoming a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
