  • Filipino work culture: The importance of Hiya (Sense of Shame), Pakikisama (Smooth Interpersonal Relationships), and Utang na Loob (Debt of Gratitude).
  • Communication: Navigating indirect communication, reading non-verbal cues, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Leadership styles: Adapting participative and mentorship approaches to build trust and respect.
