Crisis management is all about planning, preparation and response. It is a process that will help you deal with tragedies and difficult situations. If you are unprepared, don't have a plan in place, it would be much harder to handle a major disaster when the situation or event happens.


Objectives: This program is for marketing, communications and public relations practitioners who's role within the organization is to protect the reputation of their brand, product service or even the reputation of the organization as a whole, as well is tasked to handle and respond when a crisis unexpectedly happens.
