Refund Policy

Full payment is required on or before 23 October 2024 to confirm participation. Unpaid slots by due date will be opened for other interested players. Please send proof of payment to events@eccp.com / accounting@eccp.com.

Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours or two working days before the event, subject to cancellation policy.

The ECCP reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any of its programs. Final confirmation of program date is advised at least two (2) working days before the program start date.
