The ECCP, in partnership with Vigeo Eiris (V.E), a Moody's Affiliate, will host this one-hour webinar which will provide an introductory session to gain a better understanding of:


  • The key drivers behind the increased interest in ESG investing
  • The risks and opportunities related to ESG investing
  • The developing ESG trends in the APAC region
  • The global trends and regulatory developments

    Juliette Macresy is the Head of the Issuer Business at Vigeo Eiris. Since 2018, Juliette has been promoting V.E services in Asia both for issuers on sustainable finance transactions and its derivatives. She has been highly involved in conferences, education and seminars.

    Holding a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Dauphine University (France), Juliette has been working in financial markets in London and Paris for almost twenty years. She started her career in major French banks as a credit analyst before joining Moody’s Investors Services in London as a credit analyst. Then, she moved to fixed income positions within Natixis in Paris and Hong Kong.

    Juliette is a CFA charter holder since 2003.

    Atty. Kelvin Lester K. Lee is a Commissioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Corporate and Securities Law Lecturer at the Rizal Memorial College School of Law in Davao, and a Business Columnist of the Manila Times.

    Prior to joining the Commission, he was an Assistant Secretary in the Office of the Executive Secretary (OES) in Malacañang, where he was also designated to sit on the Board of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA).

    Before entering government service, Atty. Lee practiced law in Davao and Manila. He began his legal career as an Associate Lawyer of the Siguion Reyna Montecillo & Ongsiako (SRMO) Law Office. He was also formerly an Opinion and Legal Columnist of the Sunstar Davao newspaper.

    Atty. Lee earned a Bachelor of Science and a Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and its School of Law. He also earned Certifications from the Toronto Centre for Securities Regulation, and for Fintech Regulation from the University of Cambridge.

    Benjie is a partner of the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) and Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) teams under Assurance. He graduated from San Beda College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and completed the Columbia Essentials of Management program of the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and the Applied Data Science program under Columbia Engineering Executive Education. Benjie ranked 3rd in the CPA Board Examinations. He is a Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist, Certified Internal Auditor and a member of the PICPA.

    Benjie leads audits of publicly-listed companies in the power generation and education sectors. As an accounting advisor, he provides support to various local and ASEAN clients on audit remediation and readiness, accounting standards, transactions accounting and other finance agenda. As a sustainability practitioner, he assists clients in understanding and identifying key sustainability issues, and reviews/ audits related reports or disclosures on non-financial information.

    He is also a part of the Firm’s Accounting Standards Group and Capital Markets Center.
