Event Details

Buying real properties opens up great opportunities for every individual whether the purpose would be for establishing a business endeavor or for settling a permanent residency. In 2020, majority of the industries in the Philippines experienced decrease in demand due to the pandemic; however, the real estate industry, specifically properties for residential and commercial purposes, have increased due to investors and homebuyers, who have strong purchasing power, regaining their confidence in the market. With that, there is a need to be reminded of how important it is to fully prepare and be aware of what are the requirements especially with the legal matters when purchasing real properties.

ECCP is inviting you to its 2nd leg of the Land Ownership and Property Acquisition in the Philippines Today webinar series entitled "What to Consider in Buying Real Estate Property: A Legal Due Diligence" on 20 April 2021 from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM featuring ECCP Member Southern Block Law's Senior Partner, Atty. Kenneth O. Tamala.

Zoom link will be sent to registered attendees via a separate email. For registration inquiries, please contact Joanne Natindim at joanne.natindim@eccp.com.

In line with the ECCP's continued efforts to serve you better, we invite you to participate in our short survey upon registration regarding the ECCP's possible conduct of physical events in 2021/2022.
