Mr. Michael Kurt Raeuber, Chairman of the Board and Group Chief Executive Officer of Royal Cargo, Inc. — the Philippines’ first multinational freight forwarding company and now one of
the leading names in logistics in the country.

He has been in the freight forwarding industry for over 40 years. Mr. Raeuber started his career as the Station Manager for Hermann Ludwig GmBH, the pioneer logistics and forwarding
company based in Germany when they put up its representative office in the Philippines in 1975.

Mr. Raeuber ventured into freight forwarding, projects & heavy-lift operations, contract logistics, express customs clearance, liquid transportation, ISO tank and flexitank operations.

Through his leadership, the company has established itself as a leader in these industries in the country. Now, the company has offices in UK, USA, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam,
Cambodia, Palau, Malaysia and Thailand.

From its humble beginnings as a two-person company, this German/French/Filipino firm now employs over a thousand personnel and covers the world with its network of owned

Its head office is based in the Philippines and currently operates in twelve (12) other countries including United Kingdom, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, China, Guam, Thailand, Taiwan, Palau, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Dan has more than 40 years of senior management expertise in semiconductors, electronics, and consumer goods manufacturing, including 16 years in Silicon Valley's front-end semiconductor wafer fabrication. He returned to the Philippines as an expatriate Managing Director of a US corporation with plants in the Philippines and Malaysia.

He is an expert in world-class initiatives such as Six Sigma, Balanced Score Card and Total Productive Maintenance. He has BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Philippines, an MBA from San Jose State University in California, USA, and a Doctorate in Business from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.

Mr. Ludwig Daza has been with PEZA for 21 years already. He is assigned with the Policy and Planning Group which handles electricity power and other special concerns.

Penny currently facilitates and overseas all commercial activities of All Transport Network - a Filipino-owned, international freight forwarding company, across its 7 offices in the Philippines. She applies her education in New York University and previous role in MSC New York handling pricing & operations, to ATN’s local expertise. Penny is also the Chairwoman of the ECCP’s Young Professionals Committee.

A French citizen, Yeya Berjaoui is the General Manager of CMA CGM Philippines. Yeya is a veteran in the shipping industry with more than 20 years’ experience, having joined the CMA CGM Group in 1998, he has held various leadership roles in France, Middle East and Asia.
