The European Culinary GI Lunch introduces gastronomical ingredients from Europe and promotes Geographical Indications to government officials, ambassadors and trade councilors in the Philippines. The lunch to be served will consist of a 4 course meal prepared by European and Filipino chefs, a platter of renowned cheeses from the EU, and an array of drinks (cocktails, beer, wine, and liquor) paired with the courses of the meal.

The European Culinary Lunch aims to showcase the importance of Geographical Indication (GI), create awareness with the public of the benefits of GIs, engage Intellectual Property Office to provide a framework to register GIs and encourage Filipino products to register with the IPO.
