Her 20-year career involves both hospitality and corporate spaces. She consider herself not only a designer but also a Workplace Strategist, devising ways through design on how each space can give the optimum experience to its occupants.

She is happiest when she is deeply involved in design conceptualization and development. Believing that wellness in design is not just feature but a direction, her design approach proved to be quite successful in transforming key organizational spaces especiallly in the Philipppine setting.

Together with the Goudie team, she have successfully transformed workspaces for Foodpanda, Unioil, Pfizer, AXA, Philip Morris International, PayMaya, Bataan Provincial Capitol, and the award-winning Sunlife Office.

Eleni Polychroniadou is the co-founder and commercial director at Sintali, a company that quantifies and verifies the environmental impact of decisions, and helps organisations map out the road to net zero. Sintali collaborates with SGS to act as a global certification partner for IFC’s EDGE green building program. In her role, Eleni leads the commercial division of the organisation and drives business development activities to help the EDGE market grow internationally. Prior to Sintali, Eleni worked at thinkstep (now Sphera), a sustainability consulting and software firm, where she led on sales and marketing for the UK and managed the EDGE certification program.

Angelo has a decade of real estate experience in mixed-use development management, commercial real estate transactions, and architecture business development. the Country Lead for the Philippines and Acting Country Lead for Indonesia Climate Business Department, International Finance Corporation, a sister organization of the World Bank, and a member of the World Bank Group.

In his role, he forges partnerships with real estate developers, investors, building professionals certification providers, academia, and public policymakers across the Philippines, towards advancing the adoption of EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) and BRI (Building Resilience Index)—integrated online platforms, green building and resilience standards, and rating systems designed to make green and resilient buildings much more accessible, affordable, and inclusive for emerging markets and developing economies.

Julius is D.M. Wenceslao's Vice President for Corporate Planning. He has over 18 years of real estate experience, encompassing property development, investments, asset management, research and consulting. Previously, he headed Colliers International’s development consulting practice in Asia. Mr. Guevara has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University, a Master of Business Administration degree from De La Salle University and a Master in
Professional Studies in Real Estate degree from Cornell University.

Mikko is a licensed real-estate broker and Director of Leechiu Property Consultants the recognized market leader for real estate brokerage in the Philippines. He has accumulated close to 12 years of experience advising tenants, property owners and investors in the Real-Estate sector. Mikko has also remained an active board member of some of the most esteemed organizations in business. He serves the board of the Urban Land Institute Philippines the largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts in the world. Also, he is the Chair for Real-Estate for the Fintech Philippines Association and serves as Co-Chair of the European Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Committee a membership organization with over 700 members among its ranks and a strong partnership with the government.
