The concept of green building is birthed from the specific need to further sustainability in various landscapes. Today, it must be acknowledged that sustainability is not just expected, but demanded by consumers to be part of their day-to-day lives. Government policies create outlines and guides for green building. However, moving towards embracing green solutions necessitates proactive--not reactive--action in the private sector in order to reach the people directly. Green Building certification is one great tool to instill trust and convey the company's commitment to sustainability and provide assurance to the growing pool of real estate customers who are getting more conscious

of savings from energy and water use, and good indoor air quality for health benefits.

In today's age, it becomes imperative for companies to embrace practices that foster sustainability in their business. This webinar will feature developers who will discuss their best practices in relation to constructing sustainable buildings and workspaces as well as the uses and benefits of green building certification. It will also showcase how consumers' can benefit from these practices that address their welfare and comfort. This will be done through a guided question-and-answer session.
