Event Details

The role of CEOs and Executives is significant in implementing key practices that genuinely unlock the potential of gender equality in the workplace. Eliminating structural barriers within organizations brought about by systemic gender inequality requires the committed involvement of influential leaders willing to act in advancing workplace gender equality. It is crucial for all genders to be aware of these barriers and work together to mitigate them. With bias continuing to hold women and workplaces back, it is essential for companies to understand the benefits that workplace gender equality brings, to better support, retain, and advance women. Knowing that bias exists isn't enough. We all need to take action to #BreakTheBias — on International Women's Day and beyond.

Objectives:

  • To present workplace gender equality to CEOs as a top strategic priority in leading diverse teams with robust business and employee performance.
  • To provide sound and evidence-based recommendations to equip CEOs with inclusive leadership strategies in addressing bias and advancing women in the workplace.
  • To share the private sector's experience and best practices in advancing gender equality and diversity and inclusion.
