Francis is a Lean Expert, whose expertise lies in improving or reducing activities that don't add value to the customer or to the organization.

Kits is an experienced executive of general management and business development with a demonstrated history of working in various industries such as construction, renewable energy, solar, cement, agriculture, steel, power, water, FMCG and heavy / general industries. He has held senior leadership positions with the Aboitiz Group, Stroller, Puyat Steel, and Samsonite, among others, and has a wide grasp of both the B2B and B2C segments in the Philippines. He is a strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Science (BS) focused in Industrial Management Engineering from De La Salle University.
