Event Details

Two of the six critical elements necessary to create a transformed organization:

โ€ข Organizational integrity

โ€ข Committed communication.

"Integrity" is usually treated as an organizational value. Values often get sacrificed when the going gets tough. You will learn how integrity trumps everything for performance and whenever it goes out, performance deteriorates.

Author, entrepreneur, and philosopher Fernando Flores in his book "Computers and Cognition" distinguished two types of communication in organizations: committed communication and BS. In other words, communication that makes a difference and communication that doesn't. During this session you will learn what it is to communicate and listen in a committed manner and the difference it makes. Practicing committed communication will immediately increase your performance.
