In today's diverse workplace, inclusive leadership has become a critical skill. This course aims to engage senior leaders and HR managers to build their knowledge and understanding of how to build an organizational culture with a gender lens and to ensure that the strategic objectives of the organization are aligned with gender equality and inclusion. Additionally, practical tools and mechanisms will be provided to implement the mainstreaming of gender throughout the organizational culture.
