The innovation lecture series will introduce the leaders and teams of the organization to the skills needed to drive and inspire an innovative mindset in the workplace. These learning sessions will enable participants to take a step back and think of the products and services that deliver value to customers.

On the first part, the focus of the discussion will be on Ideation and Foresight that will aim to equip your team into corporate entrepreneurs with a new mindset of turning fresh ideas into actionable projects. Turning them to have this perspective will create new value to the organization through a methodical and systematic process to de-risk innovations.
