Event Details

Over the past 3 years, organizations have awakened to the benefits of remote work and working from home. More and more, companies are adopting completely remote or hybrid set-ups. However, studies are also showing that there are significant health risks stemming from over-connection, a blurring of the lines between work and private life, and higher work intensity or "technostress" – the stress linked to work-related technology use.

Join this 1.5 hour webinar to gain more awareness about the helpful as well as harmful behaviors that have emerged in the wake of our daily digital interconnectivity. Listen to Infinit Care's team of psychologists and well-being teachers and learn practical ways to protect and promote mental health and wellbeing for yourself and your workforce in and outside of the digital workspace.

Here's what you'll learn:

  1. Helpful and harmful behaviors emerging within and outside of the digital workspace
  2. Understanding what mental wellness means in a digital world
  3. Practical interventions and tips on how to avoid digital-fatigue and protect and promote mental health and wellbeing in a remote or hybrid set-up
  4. Learn about digital wellness strategies and helpful digital technologies that can make an impact to your and your organization's mental health
