ECCP Agriculture Committee Lipa Farm Visit

The ECCP Agriculture Committee is pleased to invite you to a whole-day trip in Lipa, Batangas on 11 March for an immersive whole-day farm experience.

Join us for a morning farm visit at Nestlé Lipa Integrated Coffee Center and an afternoon tour at East-West Seed Hortanova Research Center. In between, learn more about the local agribusiness landscape, investment opportunities, and the local government's initiatives to rebuild Lipa City's agriculture sector after the Taal Volcano eruption as we invite the City Agriculturist's Office for a lunch meeting.

5:30 AM - 6:00 AM - Assembly at Philippine AXA Life Centre, Makati City

6:00 AM - Departure to Lipa City, Batangas

9:00 AM - Arrival at Nestlé Lipa Integrated Coffee Center (LICC)

9:10 AM - 9:35 AM - Tour Briefing

9:35 AM- 10:35 AM - Tour of LICC

10:35 AM - 11:45 AM - Lunch Meeting with Dr. Samuel P. Comia, OIC of the Lipa City Agriculturist's Office

11:35 AM - Departure to East-West Seed Hortanova Research Center

12:35 PM - Arrival at Hortanova Research Center

12:45 PM - 1:00 PM - Tour Briefing

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM - Tour of East-West Seed Hortanova Research Center

2:00 PM - Debriefing

3:00 PM - Departure to Makati City

6:00 PM - Arrival at Philippine AXA Life Centre, Makati City

DRESS GUIDELINES

• To ensure comfortable and optimal experience during the trip, attendees are highly advised to wear light shirts (e.g. t-shirt, polo shirt), jeans, and closed-toe footwear (e.g. rubber shoes, boots).
• Protective gears and equipment such as hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, mosquito repellents, and umbrella are also encouraged.
• Please refrain from wearing open-toe footwear (e.g. slippers, sandals) and shorts.

Non-Member: P1,000

• Roundtrip transportation (Manila to Batangas to Manila)

Payment Reminders:

• Registrations are considered as confirmed slots and will be billed accordingly.
• Slots are transferable with advanced notice.
• Cancellations should be made at least seven (7) working days before the event.
• Requests for Billing Statements will only be issued for transactions P1,500 and above.
• Full payment is required prior to the day of the event.
• No-shows will be billed at full cost.
