In a diverse culture in the workplace, working collaboratively serves as a vital key in achieving strong results. In order to realize goals, companies should get out of a silo structure, and move into cultural change where collaboration across teams can be nurtured. Given the abrupt change in the business landscape, leaders are urged to proactively communicate with their people and harness each member's strengths to create the desired results.

In this three-hour session, participants will be able to utilize the power of collaboration through practicing the principles to connect, engage, and empower their team members; harnessing best practices that will help them increase team accountability and engagement; and creating focus and clarity towards the most important goals.
