These past few months, we have witnessed the COVID-19 outbreak exponentially growing into an international health crisis. In response to this situation, travel restrictions, lockdowns, and mass testings are among the measures imposed in several jurisdictions. In the Philippines, a number of private sector initiatives have also been put in place to complement the government's efforts in this plight. There are also ongoing discussions on the next steps to be taken after the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ). It is then crucial to understand the different post-ECQ scenarios to help stakeholders make informed decisions and craft appropriate strategies to thrive after the ECQ.

It is in this context that the ECCP is organizing a Special COVID-19 Webinar entitled "Drawing Insights on Post-ECQ Scenarios & Project Ark", on 27 April 2020. Presidential Adviser Joey Concepcion will be sharing insights on the possible post-ECQ scenarios as well as how the private sector can take part in Project ARK. Initiatives or measures such as this will help prevent COVID-19 from further spreading, and help protect Filipinos and the Philippine economy. Former Department of Health Secretary Dr. Manuel Dayrit (to be confirmed) will also join and talk us through health system recommendations that will help enhance the country's resilience to health crises.
