The coronavirus outbreak has inflicted a tragic toll on human and economic health across the globe. The Philippines, of course, is no exception to this. The COVID-19 pandemic necessitates stimulus response, and boosting infrastructure spending can play a crucial role in economic recovery.


This 10th of August, the ECCP and its Infrastructure and Transportation Committee will b hosting an online dialogue with DPWH Undersecretary for Planning and Public-Private Partnership Ma. Catalina Cabral to discuss the Department's views and directions on the future of the Build Build Build Program as well as the DPWH's priorities and plans.
