    As the L&D Manager, Marz is responsible for all internal and external learning and development activities which includes all organizational development interventions, and other employee engagement activities. She also takes responsibility for L&D’s client acquisition and other partnerships such as HCM’s Campus to Corporate Program. Marz has a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences Major in Organizational and Social Systems Development in De La Salle University Manila and earned a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Organizational Development in De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde.
