IDr. Charisse Gail Bantiling is a young Filipino Interior Designer who completed her Bachelor of Interior Design from the Philippine School of Interior Design (PSID), the most prestigious design institution in the country. She took and passed her PRC Licensure Examination for Interior Design in 2013 and is currently an active member of Philippine Institute of Interior Designers (PIID). She is currently the Principal Designer and Vice President of the Design and Construction Management of Trends And Concepts.

With more than 7 years of widespread and substantial experience, she owns an innate desire to create and design interiors that exceed clients’ expectations. With an eye for quality, a grander sense of style, and a client-centered approach to business, Gail has proven herself as an innovative designer. She offers a balance of creativity, collaboration and forward thinking with a structure, organized and detailed mentality; enabling her to deliver focused development, follow through and total completion to each aspect of the design. She prioritizes functionality and safety without sacrificing her style or aesthetics. She knows how to merge the space plan without surrendering design.

Currently, Gail is taking her Masters of Design at The University of New South Wales (UNSW), focused in interdisciplinary industry-engaged program that integrates technology, design thinking, conceptual exploration, strategy and communication with practical skills to focus on the role of design in innovation and the global economy. Gail is an advocate of green design and sustainability in workplaces and highly supports wellness and diversity in workplaces.

Patrick Henry Salazar is a senior associate in Quisumbing Torres’ Employment Practice Group. He has seven years of experience advising clients on general employment matters. Patrick's practice focuses on collective bargaining agreement negotiations, labor standards compliance, termination procedures, and reviews of various employment documents. He also handles labor litigation matters. His practice spans several industries, including healthcare, consumer goods & retail, industrials, manufacturing, transportation, and technology, media & telecommunications.

Eliseo Zuñiga, Jr. is a partner in the Employment and Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. He is also a member of the Industrial, Manufacturing & Telecommunications and the Healthcare industry groups in Manila. He has 19 years of experience advising clients on general employment issues, employee termination, executive compensation, benefits transfers and terminations, and general litigation. He actively participates as a speaker and presenter in various regional and local seminars and conferences on labor and employment-related issues. He serves as a Chairperson of the People Management Association of the Philippines’ Labor Policy Reforms and Industrial Relations Committee and Co-Chairperson of the European Chamber of Commerce Human Capital Committee. He has been cited as a Leading Individual in Employment by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific (2019-2020) and the Chambers Asia Pacific (2018-2020).
