    Atty. Anne Margaret E. Momongan is a Senior Director in SGV & Company. Throughout her nine years of service, she has aided multinational clients with tax audits, corporate restructuring, and corporate registration with government agencies in the Philippines. Her areas of expertise range from advisories for families and small business owners to tax controversy litigation to tax treaty availment.
    In the 2016 Philippine Bar Examinations, Atty. Anne ranked 7th place out of more than 6,000 examinees. She earned her law degree from the University of San Carlos, where she was in the top 10 of her graduating class. She completed her undergraduate studies in the same university, graduating cum laude with a degree in Accountancy.
    Atty. Anne is a professor in the University of the Visayas, teaching classes in taxation and corporate law, and a reviewer of Commercial Law in Villasis Law Center. A member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, she has been a frequent keynote speaker and moderator in webinars including in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry and various business chambers.
