How does your organization assess the capacity building needs of your workforce?

The Training or Learning and Development function is integral to the success of any organization that can also be seen as part of the Human Resources (HR) function. Through a strategic Training Needs Analysis (TNA), the process of evaluating the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies of individuals or groups within an organization is being systematically assessed to identify gaps between the current and desired performance levels.

With this line of thought, the ECCP, in partnership with Human Resource Innovations and Solutions Inc. (HURIS) is organizing a 90-min webinar entitled, "HR Talks: Training Needs Analysis" to discuss the Overview of the Training Cycle with a special focus on Training Needs Analysis and share the advantages and process of doing so.

By the end of this webinar, it aims to help organizations understand the importance of thorough assessment for their workforce which is crucial for any company in order to achieve the set goals.

Specifically, the webinar will cover the following specific topics:

I. The role of Training in the Organization

II. The Training Cycle (Framework)

III. Training Needs Analysis

  • Why do TNA?
  • What is TNA?
  • How do we go about doing TNA?
