Prior to being appointed by Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte as Assistant Secretary in 2016, and recently in July 2020 as Undersecretary of DICT, Undersecretary Silor, a Professional Electronics Engineer (PECE), has been actively championing change through his leadership in the Butuan City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Caraga ICT Council and the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP).

In DICT, Undersecretary Silor has represented the Philippines in global communities, for instance:Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN), Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), Asia Pacific Telecommunity (APT), United States Telecommunications Training Institute (USTTI), and Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia-Malaysia Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA).

Mr. Gary Ignacio is currently the Vice President and Head of PLDT Fixed Core Business Solutions, the Fixed line Product Management and Marketing arm of PLDT Enterprise catering to the Enterprise market segment.

Mr. Ignacio has more than 20 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry, fifteen years of which focused on corporate and business strategy, enterprise product management, business development and management, marketing and customer engagement in the areas of Enterprise Voice and Data, Private Networking, Broadband and IP Connectivity, Data Center, Enterprise Cloud and Managed Services.

Gary graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management Engineering, minor in Mechanical Engineering, from De La Salle University, Manila.

He is the Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of Dito Telecommunity Corporation from 2019 to present. He was the Vice for President for Corporate Affairs of UDENNA Corporation from 2017 to 2019.

His career in Law and the Academia are equally illustrious. He was the Dean of the College of Law of Liceo de Cagayan University in Cagayan de Oro. He was previously University President of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, and was president of the Association of Local Colleges and Universities. He is currently a partner at the Kapunan Tamano Javier & Associates Law Firm.

Jesus Romero is Chief Operating Officer of Converge ICT Solutions, Inc. He oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the company covering revenue generation, customer experience, product development, and organic growth initiatives through partnerships.

Prior to joining Converge, Mr. Romero held senior leadership positions in Globe Telecom, DTSI Group, Comstream Corporation and Hughes Network Systems. He has led Market Entry, Growth and Transformation in the areas of Telecommunications, Systems Integration and IT services.

Robertas Zudys is an ICT industry expert being in the field for fifteen years. As a Sales Head in RISE he is responsible for the company’s sales and marketing areas on its mission to accelerate the Internet in the Philippines.

Being in senior executive positions in one of the biggest European ICT companies Telia, Robertas has been on the transformation team driving the product and commercial stream of large scale transformation programs.

Robertas’ main professional focus is on transformation and turn-around projects, as well as finding new business forms in changing environments.
