Companies and employees are facing a new normal due to this unprecedented crisis. After almost two months working from home, employees are likely to return to the office since the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) was lifted in several areas of the country. It is vital that companies give an enduring sense of normalcy to their employees and seek to change their working lives as smoothly as possible in whatever this crisis will bring forth.
