He is also a lecturer on certification programs under Philippine Stock Exchange and Chartered Financial Analysts Philippines.

Romeo is the Head of Retirement of Willis Towers Watson Philippines. His expertise covers the various aspects of benefits consulting: retirement plan valuation, pension plan design and review; long-term incentive programs; life and health insurance and flexible benefits. He has been involved in mergers and acquisitions; pension and investment administration and payroll outsourcing services as well. He also has special interest in pension governance. He has worked on retirement and employee benefits projects for various multinationals and large conglomerates in the country.
