Event Details

The COVID-19 pandemic has seen an uptake of internet demand for both personal consumption and business needs. Increased attention to e-commerce, fintech, remote work, and telehealth are shaping consumer attitudes towards lesser physical interaction and transforming entire business models to accommodate demand for online services. Likewise, these trends are creating new forms of risks that warrant scrutiny of the government, the private sector, and the public at large.

Join us at our upcoming webinar together with the Asia Internet Coalition (AIC), the Global In-House Center Council Philippines (GICC), and Infinit-O as we explore the future of digital policy in the region and how it will shape one of the country's economic pillars. In this webinar, AIC will share insights on the evolving internet governance in the region, GICC will provide an outlook of the IT-BPM industry particularly for the in-house sector, while Infinit-O will share points on how a business process outsourcing firm responds to emerging trends and regulatory risks.
