This is a 3-day awareness course, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  6. Introduction to Food Safety Hazards

  • Principle 2 Determine the Critical Control Points (CCPs)
  • Principle 3 Establish a Validated Critical Limits

COURSE APPROACH

The approach will utilize a combination of lecture-discussion, workshops workshop output presentations, and other activities with participants playing active roles in the learning process.

Participants will learn through lectures, case studies, group exercises, and discussions (workshops).
