Ipsos, the third largest market research agency in the world, recently conducted a region-wide survey across 6 countries in Southeast Asia: Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam in May on "Living with COVID-19". After months under community quarantine, restrictions across industries have eased up. While there are signs of recovery, consumer spending remains sluggish.
On Monday, July 6, 2020 at 10am, Ipsos will discuss the highlights of the study: how are Filipinos coping amidst the pandemic; what is the impact of Covid-19 on their sentiments / behavior; and what this means for businesses and policymakers as they plan for a consumer-led economic recovery.
