    As the head of the research and advisory department, Francis oversees and manages various research and advisory tasks within Southeast Asia. Francis specializes in conducting feasibility and highest and best use studies for master planned or mixed-use developments. Aside from providing sound advisory services to local developers and landlords, he has also facilitated market studies to aid the entry of various international developers as they assess the Philippine market. Prior to working in PRIME, Francis served as manager for a multinational real estate consultancy firm. He is also taking up further studies in Property in the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

Connor has spent his whole career in sales and customer relations, and has acquired, leased out, and managed multiple properties in the UK and across Europe. Prior to moving to the Philippines, Connor set up and ran a gastropub in Singapore. Upon releasing his equity, he moved to the Philippines and currently serves as the Head of Operations and Accounts. He currently handles existing GreatWork sites and is also part of the planning team for expansion locations. Connor was able to fully lease out GreatWork’s newest site within 3 months from its opening.
