As the head of the research and advisory department, Francis oversees and manages various research and advisory tasks within Southeast Asia. Francis specializes in conducting feasibility and highest and best use studies for master planned or mixed-use developments. Aside from providing sound advisory services to local developers and landlords, he has also facilitated market studies to aid the entry of various international developers as they assess the Philippine market. Prior to working in PRIME, Francis served as manager for a multinational real estate consultancy firm. He is also taking up further studies in Property in the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

As Country Manager for the Philippines, Lars has managed an expansion from 4 to nearly 30 business centres since year 2012, including the first business locations outside Metro Manila with centres in Cebu, Davao, and Clark. Lars first moved to the Philippines 25 years ago, where he has worked for the Coca- Cola Co. as Marketing Director, Dole Packaged Foods as Marketing Manager Asia, and EAC Philip Morris distribution. Throughout the Philippines, Lars has first-hand experience driving business in over 100 cities and municipalities with focus on consumer activation at Point-of-Sales as well as above-the-line marketing.

Tom Cragg brings 15 years of experience in scaling up high performing teams in the Philippines, having arrived in Manila back in 2006 to set up a British owned medical transcription firm, PreScribe After almost 5 years managing their Operations, Production and Quality Assurance, Tom joined KMC as their Vice President for Sales and has been the driving force of the Company’s growth to becoming the largest flexible office space provider in the Philippines Tom’s operational background and consultative approach allowed KMC to pinpoint Client pain points early on and develop value add services around Recruitment, Staffing and Managed Service solutions allowing Clients to leverage KMC’s employer branding and expertise to attract and retain the best possible talent for their remote teams

Part of the pioneer team of Common Ground Philippines joined Common Ground back in Malaysia in 2018 where I was involved in product development, operations, and expansion.

Connor Kelman is the current Head of Operations of GreatWork, a flexible workspace operator located and expanding in emerging markets rather than CBDs. Connor has spent his whole career in sales and customer relations, and has acquired, leased out, and managed multiple properties in the UK and across Europe. Prior to moving to the Philippines, Connor set up and ran a gastropub in Singapore. Upon releasing his equity, he moved to the Philippines and currently serves as the Head of Operations and Accounts. He currently handles existing GreatWork sites and is also part of the planning team for expansion locations. Connor was able to fully lease out GreatWork’s newest site within 3 months from its opening.
