This half-day strategic planning and management program will equip participants with a basic set of strategic planning and management principles. It begins with a look at the strategic planning process and then delves into the specifics of each step in the process. It will lead participants through writing vision, mission, and values statements that serve as anchors for strategy and through analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for strategy formulation and selection. Finally, it will guide participants in creating a balanced scorecard for effective strategy implementation.
