This 60-minute online session also seeks to explain the different types of instruments as well as the key principles and standards guiding the market actors on this front. The event will also cover the key trends in sustainable finance.

    Juliette Macresy

    Executive Director – Head of Issuer Business at Vigeo Eiris (V.E)

    Juliette Macresy is the Head of the Issuer Business at Vigeo Eiris. Since 2018, Juliette has been promoting V.E services in Asia both for issuers on sustainable finance transactions and its derivatives. She has been highly involved in conferences, education and seminars.

    Holding a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Dauphine University (France), Juliette has been working in financial markets in London and Paris for almost twenty years. She started her career in major French banks as a credit analyst before joining Moody’s Investors Services in London as a credit analyst. Then, she moved to fixed income positions within Natixis in Paris and Hong Kong.

    Juliette is a CFA charter holder since 2003.

    Wing is a Senior Relationship Manager under the Diversified Corporates Sector, covering a number of the country’s large conglomerates. In addition to her coverage function, Wing is also actively involved in promoting sustainable finance in the Philippines and in assisting the ING APAC sustainable finance team in the
    execution of sustainable finance mandates. Wing was actively involved in the first ASEAN Green Bond and ASEAN Sustainability Bond issued in the Philippines. Wing is also a named representative of ING to the Joint Sustainable Finance Industry Advisory Panel formed by the ASEAN Working Committee on Capital Market Development and ASEAN Capital Markets Forum.

    From 2006 to 2018, Wing managed ING’s debt capital markets franchise in Manila and helped ING build a solid and diversified track record of successful debt capital market transactions,
    involving a broad array of offering structures as well as liability management mandates. Wing had arranged and executed landmark and pioneering transactions for ING’s Philippine-based financial institution and corporate clients, consistently placing ING among the top arrangers of Peso debt capital markets issues.

    Prior to joining the DCM team, Wing had also been part of ING’s lending and risk management groups where she gained significant experience in structured finance and credit risk management.

    Wing has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines and a Masters Degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management.

    A specialist in Investment Management. Adept in quantitative methods and utilizes a comprehensive approach in investment and portfolio management.

    With around two decades of investment experience across the financial markets industry and a former Chief Investment Officer for the Philippine clientele for AXA. He shares his knowledge being a faculty member for University of the Philippines and De La Salle University. He is also a lecturer on certification programs under Philippine Stock Exchange and Chartered Financial Analysts Philippines.

    Apart from sharing his knowledge and expertise. He got an opportunity to lead AXA as the director for Investment Solutions and currently part of the Senior Leadership Team of the company. With the management’s confidence in him. He is responsible to create and reinforce investment propositions for AXA’s variable life products on Local and Global investment funds.
