Before his appointment as HURIS’ COO, Mr. Medina was HURIS’ business development manager and a consultant for strategic management solutions and organizational design for companies in the food, power distribution, health and financial service industries. Prior to joining HURIS, he worked for a software development and consulting firm that specialized in automation and managed services. He is a licensed financial adviser and a certified securities specialist. JC is also a professor of Financial Management and Innovation at the University of Asia and the Pacific. He has an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration (EMBA) from the Asian Institute of Management, and is a Master of Science in Management (MScM) degree holder of the University of Asia and the Pacific. He completed advanced studies in behavioral finance, marketing, and economics as part of the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM) Program of the Yale School of Management in the USA.

Louisa (Academic MCIPD) has extensive experience in research and consulting across the field of HR and OD. With degrees in Psychology and Management specialising in HR, she spent over 4 years as Research Advisor at the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development in the UK and Singapore. Her research specialism is in the future of HR and Employee Engagement.

Louisa has since provided consultancy in Singapore to multinational companies in the Technology and Financial Services industries to support Leadership Development and Change Management. She started her company, Elbe Consulting, in 2020 - providing research, content creation and advisory to help organisations develop evidence-based solutions and communicate insights.

Cristina Mihailoaie is the Business Unit Coordinator of Research Programs at The KPI Institute, being responsible for developing the strategy for the research business line and oversee the development of new products.

Her professional experience goes beyond researching the field of business performance, as she is involved in training, consultancy and performance management system auditing.

She is a certified Master Trainer by Association for Talent Development, USA, since 2014 and delivered training courses, workshops and webinars on Key Performance Indicators related topics. She contributed actively to the development of The KPI Institute’s certification programs, both traditional and online courses.

As a researcher, Cristina oversees the production of primary research studies like The State of Performance Improvement Series and secondary research reports such as Top 25 KPIs, The KPI
Dictionnaries. In terms of advisory services, Cristina acted as lead consultant and off-site consultant for organizations operating in the public and private sector. Among the private sector, the following industries can be mentioned financial services, oil & gas, healthcare, telecommunications, transportation, production.

A seasoned corporate marketing and communication executive and university educator, Maggie is noted for her practical, up-front and down-to-earth approach to facilitation and training, gained from her rich background in various industries. She conceptualizes, designs and conducts corporate training programs.

In her professional life, her focus has mainly been at the strategic level of organizational communication -- going from public relations to internal communications in a number of industries, which brought her to the high-level planning tables of these industries. She has also been involved in change management communication, special events, training and development, and marketing communication.

Until 2017, she was co-anchor of GOOD JOB PHILIPPINES, a radio talk show airing on DZRJ-810AM.

Today, she is one of HURIS Inc.’s senior consultants, and handles the company’s marketing and communications functions.
