    Atty. Benjo Santos Benavidez

    Undersecretary for Labor Relations, Social Protection and Policy Support Cluster Department of Labor and Employment at Department of Labor and Employment

    Atty. Benjo Santos Benavidez is currently serving as Undersecretary for Labor Relations, Social Protection and Policy Support Cluster of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). He previously held the position as DOLE Assistant Secretary. His career with DOLE started in 2008 when he became a Mediator-Arbiter. From 2014 until 2019 he was Assistant Regional Director of the DOLE-Bureau of Labor Relations.

    Atty. Benavidez finished his Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Nueva Caceres in Naga City, Camarines Sur and graduated Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Bicol University.

    Chief People Officer at Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc.

    Oscar has been with the Coca-Cola System for 22 years. He joined Coca-Cola FEMSA, Mexico in 1999 as a Talent Acquisition Partner and for 10 years he held different leadership roles in most HR disciplines. He was and HRBP both for Commercial and Supply Chain, relocating to four different cities in Mexico. In 2009, he became the HR Administration Manager for Mexico and Central America.

    In 2012, he joined the Due Diligence team that travelled to the Philippines as FEMSA started considering to enter the market here. Eventually, he relocated to the Philippines in 2013 and took the HR Administration responsibility for CCBPI. He then moved to support Supply Chain as a Business Partner and then became the Labor & Employee Relations Head in 2019. In 2020, he expanded his role also to cover this responsibility for BIG and became the Chief People Officer for CCBPI in 2021.

She completed her Bachelor of Interior Design from the Philippine School of Interior Design (PSID) and is currently an active member of Philippine Institute of Interior Designers (PIID).

She also worked for a startup in leadership and personal development. Anne is an advocate for mental health and through Infinit Care, has supported over 50 organizations and their employees in their mental health programs.
