In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the emerging business demands of the New Normal, companies are forced to digitally transform themselves to ensure business continuity and to be able to effectively operate in a physically constrained business environment. As the world witnessed a sudden downtrend in the global economic activity with many businesses and markets closing down, the world is gradually waking up to a new way of doing business. With the theme "Riding the Digital Transformation Wave", the Digital Transformation and Innovation Forum Series endeavors to show how companies can overcome the challenges of a post-COVID-19 setting by helping them move forward towards a more proactive innovation and digital transformation. This Forum Series highlights the experiences and best practices of companies as they adapt to the new business environment. It also introduces and promotes digital innovations and solutions to help companies transform quickly and successfully to maintain their competitive edge.
