Mohamed began his ING career with ING Direct France in 2006, before taking on several positions in Amsterdam including product manager, innovation program manager and Head of Business Development for Challengers & Growth Markets from 2011 to 2018. He was appointed Head of Retail Development Asia in 2018 where he led the development and launch of retail banking in the Philippines. In this role, he is also responsible for development of retail banking proposition in South-east Asia.

A veteran of several digital entertainment start-ups, Sheila Paul brings many years’ experience as a senior leader in digital content and services, building marketing teams and crafting Go-to-Market strategies from the ground-up, as well as leading overall operations. She has over 20 years of experience in the fields of telecommunications, digital content and advertising from emerging Asian markets and European growth segments.

Prior to Home Credit, Sheila held the position of Vice President of Marketing at  HOOQ Digital Pte Ltd, leading overall marketing across Southeast Asia with programs in Branding & Communications, Digital and On-Ground Acquisition, CRM/Retention and Customer Insights, as well as Vice President of New Media at TV5 Network (formerly ABC Development Corporation), driving TV5’s multi-screen strategy including the cross-over of broadcast to digital content, and creating complementary second-screen products.

Sheila is now leading the Marketing and Communications department of Home Credit Philippines as their
Chief Marketing Officer since July 2020.

Aileen L. Amor-Bautista joined the Credit Information Corporation (CIC) in 2015 and has headed the Business Development and Communications Group since then. She was part of the technical working group of the standards and rules for accrediting credit bureaus of the Credit Information System and worked closely with USAID and IFC – World Bank.  She represents the CIC in the Regulatory Affairs Forum of the Business Information Industry Association (BIIA) Asia Pacific – Middle East Limited.

Prior to joining CIC, she was with the Home Guaranty Corporation (now Philippine Guarantee Corporation). She also worked as a tax and corporate lawyer at the Aranas Consunji Barleta Law Office and at the Cayetano Sebastian Ata Dado Law Offices handling corporate, litigation, taxation, civil, and criminal cases. She was a faculty professor for seven years, teaching business law subjects on corporate, sales, and credit transactions; and was a bar exam lecturer of law on private corporations. She is a lecturer of Mandatory Compliance Legal Education (MCLE) on substantive law updates and corporate governance. She is a Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD); and the International Association of Business Communicators.
