The European Culinary Weekend provides each guest with a unique epicurean experience and an opportunity to discover different European flavours through: a Welcome Barbecue Dinner (Friday); a Tapas Luncheon and a Gala Dinner (both on Saturday); and finally, a European Brunch (Sunday) to close the weekend-long event. Foods are paired with diverse wines, beers, and liquor.
